• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information

Your Account

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You are responsible for all activities in your account

Appointments and Services

For auto services:

• Appointments must be made in advance
• Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance
• Price estimates are indicative and may vary
• Additional work requires your prior approval

Payment and Pricing

Payment terms:

• All prices are in Romanian Lei (RON)
• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash and bank transfer
• Prices include VAT

Warranty

We offer warranty for work performed:

• Warranty period varies depending on the type of work
• Warranty covers execution defects
• Does not cover normal wear or damage caused by improper use

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided
